Facility Usage Fee Procedure
1. Important Notes1. Prior to making any payment, please verify both the payment amount and payment status to avoid overpayment or duplicate payment.
2. To prevent any disputes arising from cash transactions, RCCI does not accept cash payments.
3. Official invoices will be issued only after the payment has been confirmed as received.
4. Upon completing the remittance, please notify the facility manager and provide proof of payment for reconciliation.
5. For any issues concerning invoice details—including the date of issuance, number of copies, title or recipient name, or tax identification number—please contact the facility manager.
