After considering the abundance of energy supply, stability and conversion efficiency and other important factors, solar energy stands out as one of the world's most relied upon renewable energy projects, this core facility provides various academic research institutes to carry out scientific research. This core facility provides the material analysis technology required by various academic research organizations for scientific research, experiments, etc.

Service content (some service items need to be paid by the user, please refer to the charging method)
1. Self-operation: the administrator must be taught and certified, after certification can be booked for self-operation, and must be responsible for the safety of the equipment.
2. Commissioned operation: the administrator will operate the equipment and be responsible for the safety of the equipment, and the user must be present to explain the purpose of the experiment.

Service Time:
- Self-operation: Monday through Friday, 9:00~17:00.
- Commissioning & Teaching & Practice & Exam: Monday through Friday, 9:00-12:00 & 14:00-17:00, except national holidays.
- The same person cannot reserve more than 9 hours of work time in a week.
- In the event of overcrowding, the administrator may request users to coordinate their usage time to protect the rights and interests of each user.

Regulations

Rules of Use
After passing the training and examination of the Laboratory, users may reserve a time slot in the reservation system and operate the facility by themselves.

1.Before use
．Self-operators must be certified.
．Reservation registration: Please go to the “Facilities and Grounds Reservation System” to register for a reservation. Reservations can be made for a period of one month; if you are unable to use the facility for any reason after making a reservation, you must cancel the reservation by phone.
．If you do not show up within 30 minutes after the reservation, it will be regarded as a cancellation of the reservation and a violation will be recorded once.
．Please bring your own CD-Rs or cloud access for personal experiment data. The administrator will clear all files in all folders on the hard disk of the computer from time to time without warning.
2.In use
．Please turn on the computer in the following order (Do not turn on the instruments you do not need to use!). Please do not turn on the instrument if you do not need to use it.
．If any condition occurs during use, or if the previous user is found to have misused the device, the administrator must be notified immediately.
3.After use
．Before shutting down the machine at the end of use, if there is a next appointment within 30 minutes, please call to ask the exact time of arrival.
．Turn off the computer in order.
．Please keep or clean up the samples used in the research experiment, and discard them if they are left on the work surface.
．Users are required to register the time and condition of use in the log book after use.
Penalty
4. Any of the following circumstances will be counted as one violation:
．Users who do not follow the above rules
．A certified user registers his/her own name for use by a non-certified user.
．Adding software or hardware to the computer or changing the system settings.
．Violation of the use of the first verbal warning, the second cancel the use of the device for one month, the third permanent cancel the right to use the device.
．If the operator does not follow the instructions and causes damage to the instrument, the person in charge of the laboratory shall be responsible for repair and compensation, and if he/she refuses to pay compensation, the right to use the instrument of the laboratory shall be canceled permanently.
