【News】RCCI Establishes the Next-Generation High-Efficiency Solar Cell Technology Collaboration Alliance

The Research Center for Critical Issues (RCCI) at Academia Sinica has launched the Next-Generation High-Efficiency Solar Cell Technology Collaboration Alliance to accelerate the development of next-generation solar technologies in Taiwan.

The alliance aims to bring together partners from academia, research institutions, and industry to consolidate vertically integrated R&D capabilities and jointly advance the commercialization of high-efficiency solar technologies.

Gintech Energy Corporation has recently become the first company to join the alliance, injecting fresh momentum into research and industry collaboration.

RCCI will continue to invite additional partners from academia and industry to expand the scope of collaboration, optimize manufacturing processes and device stability, and promote the practical application of high-efficiency solar technologies—contributing to Taiwan’s energy transition and net-zero ambitions.
