On March 26–27, 2026, the RCCI Auditorium hosted the "Conference of Environmental Changes and Maternal-Infant Health — Taiwan Maternal and Infant Cohort Study (V)." This event was organized by the NSTC Life Science Research Promotion Center, Academia Sinica’s Center for Sustainability Science, TMICS, Future Earth Taipei, and the Research Center for Environmental Changes (RCEC).
The conference featured Distinguished Research Fellow Pao-Chiung Chen, who delivered an insightful analysis of new strategies in environmental health protection through the lens of Exposome Science. Discussions spanned the interdisciplinary intersections of environmental exposure, climate change, and maternal and child health. Between sessions, participants took the opportunity to tour the Research Center for Critical Issues (RCCI), gaining a deeper understanding of our ongoing research initiatives and facility services.
