【Event Highlights】 RCCI Hosts Its First Open Lab Event for Interdisciplinary Undergraduate

On September 1, the Research Center for Critical Issues (RCCI) hosted its first interdisciplinary undergraduate xxperience camp, "RCCI Open Lab", attracting enthusiastic participation from students representing several universities across central and southern Taiwan.
The program featured keynote talks, laboratory tours, and interactive group activities, offering participants a closer look at RCCI’s research directions and technological applications. Experts were invited to share insights into cutting-edge fields including quantum computing, optoelectronics, solar energy, and ocean research, inspiring students to explore scientific innovation.
Through guided lab visits, participants had the opportunity to observe advanced instruments and research environments firsthand, gaining valuable exposure to real-world scientific work. The vibrant and engaging atmosphere not only enhanced students’ subject knowledge but also broadened their perspectives on future academic and career paths.
